Kindergartners at Trevilians Elementary School wrapped up the semester with their Christmas Around the World project!

For several weeks, students researched how Christmas is celebrated in various parts of the world, such as Germany and Sweden.

As part of the process, students studied books and used VR headsets to “travel” to the country of their choice.

During the last week of school, the kindergarten hall at TES was transformed into an “international airport” and family members were invited to stop by for a visit!

Students proudly manned information stations and discussed what they learned with visitors!

They covered topics such as topography, traditions, and culture. The students even made their own costumes to show how people dress for Christmas around the world!

Great job, Eagles!
